Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Facility Management to lead and deliver facility-related projects, including renovations, fit-outs, and infrastructure upgrades. The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing projects within operational facilities while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee facility-related projects from initiation to completion.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Supervise MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and building systems upgrades.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monitor project progress and address risks, delays, and technical challenges.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

Manage procurement processes and evaluate contractor performance.

Ensure projects are executed with minimal disruption to facility operations.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).

7–10 years of experience in project management within facility management, property management, or building operations.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure.

Experience managing renovation, fit-out, or refurbishment projects within operational facilities.

Strong project planning, budgeting, and cost control skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
