Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Facility Management to lead and deliver facility-related projects, including renovations, fit-outs, and infrastructure upgrades. The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing projects within operational facilities while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee facility-related projects from initiation to completion.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Supervise MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and building systems upgrades.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Monitor project progress and address risks, delays, and technical challenges.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

  • Manage procurement processes and evaluate contractor performance.

  • Ensure projects are executed with minimal disruption to facility operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).

  • 7–10 years of experience in project management within facility management, property management, or building operations.

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure.

  • Experience managing renovation, fit-out, or refurbishment projects within operational facilities.

  • Strong project planning, budgeting, and cost control skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
