Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should be highly skilled in marketing technologies and able to drive online engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic search visibility and web traffic.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve strategy.

  • Monitor and manage website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.

  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media channels.

  • Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and developers to produce high-quality content and digital assets.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, HubSpot).

  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media strategies.

  • Experience with website CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads or Analytics certification.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is a plus.
