Learning & Development Manager – Group Level
Company Introduction
A diversified group operating across manufacturing, gold refinery, retail, wholesale, antiques & furniture production, and tourism services is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead talent development across its regional operations.

Masr El Gedida, Cairo, Egypt
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a group-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and design technical, leadership, and functional training programs.
Manage blended learning solutions including classroom training, on-the-job learning, and digital learning platforms.
Coordinate with external training providers, technical institutes, and safety organizations.
Evaluate training effectiveness and track performance improvement across business units.
Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and ensure return on investment from training initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development (Masters preferred).
8–10 years of experience in HR or Learning & Development with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning platforms.
Experience in leadership development, technical training programs, and organizational capability building.
Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or L&D-related certifications preferred.
Fluency in English with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
