The Country Manager – Recruitment & HR Consulting is responsible for leading and expanding the company's recruitment and HR consulting operations within the country. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, operational leadership, and delivering high-quality recruitment and HR advisory services to clients. The Country Manager ensures the achievement of revenue targets, market expansion, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement the country strategy aligned with global business objectives.

Identify market opportunities and drive growth in recruitment and HR consulting services.

Build and position the company as a leading HR solutions provider in the local market.
Business Development

Generate new business opportunities with corporate clients.

Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers (CEOs, HR Directors, Talent Leaders).

Prepare and deliver proposals for recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR consulting services.

Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Recruitment Operations

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across multiple industries.

Ensure delivery of high-quality talent acquisition services including executive search, permanent recruitment, and contract staffing.

HR Consulting Services

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

8–12+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or HR consulting.

Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.

Previous leadership or country-level management experience is highly preferred.
