Job Summary:

Premier Services and Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by sourcing and engaging with qualified candidates across various roles and industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination using multiple recruitment channels and tools. This role works closely with the senior recruitment team to ensure a strong pipeline of talent is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates using diverse channels including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen CVs to assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates experience, interest, and availability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update internal tracking systems and databases.
  • Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to understand client needs and role priorities.
  • Engage and build relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Support in creating and posting job ads when needed.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages.
  • Follow up with candidates to gather documentation or updates as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar role preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
  • Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
