Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Follow and develop recipes, adjusting ingredients as needed to maintain consistency and quality.
- Ensure all baked goods meet presentation, taste, and texture standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff or bakers if required.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and used properly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef at Five Stars Hotels & Restaurants.
- Culinary or baking certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality baking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
