Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
  • Follow and develop recipes, adjusting ingredients as needed to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Ensure all baked goods meet presentation, taste, and texture standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff or bakers if required.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and used properly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bakery Chef at Five Stars Hotels & Restaurants.
  • Culinary or baking certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for quality baking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
