Job Overview:

The Construction Projects Sales Representative is responsible for generating and securing new business for construction projects, liaising with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation & Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending trade shows, and following up on referrals.
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry, including contractors, architects, engineers, and property developers.
    • Promote and sell construction services, materials, equipment, and solutions.
    • Create detailed proposals and bid documents, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Client Engagement & Needs Assessment:

    • Meet with clients to understand their project requirements, budget, and timelines.

  • Project Coordination:

  • Market Research & Reporting:

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
