Manage the sales business and implement the targeted sales plan in the market sectors assigned to the department, work to gain customer satisfaction, follow up on collection work and after-sales services, participate in setting sales plans and develop sales methods, and assist in planning and implementing effective programs for business development and increasing the companys share of the market.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Distributing duties to the work team and setting sales goals for each group, reviewing their performance and verifying commitment to high professional levels in performance, implementing sales plans and achieving the required goals.
Participates in preparing the sales plan and related budgets, designing sales promotion programs and developing the company's market share.
Participates in determining product prices, and proposes appropriate modifications to pricing policies and rules.
Monitors the achieved sales figures, studies the reasons for deviation from the planned targets, and prepares periodic reports on sales activities at the level of each product.
Follow up the process of increasing the company's sales through sales managers and take the necessary corrective measures to correct deviations in their performance.
Distribute the sales areas for each sales manager and determine the sales volume for each of them
Follows up the implementation of sales plans, and performs the necessary coordination to develop sales according to the planned terms and times.
He studies customer problems, develops the necessary solutions, and follows up on their implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and not to repeat the complaint.
Searching for new and innovative ways to improve the company's market share by improving sales presentation methods/ ways to complete the sales process/ ways to search for new customers.
Follows up the implementation of contracts concluded with clients, and performs the necessary coordination with the Warehouse and Operation Department to complete the contracted works in accordance with the planned terms and timings.
Follows up the collection work, and intervenes to remove the causes of default, if necessary.
Contributes to opening new markets in coordination with the Marketing Department, contacts customers, and participates in developing and implementing appropriate plans to increase the company's share of the market.
Works to establish and document the connection with prospective clients and create opportunities for dealing.
Supervises the identification of the training plan for the department's employees and follows up on its implementation in coordination with the Human Resources Department, and verifies the continuous development of the capabilities of the department's employees.
Submit periodic detailed reports on the achievements and problems of the direct manager, the obstacles facing the sector and proposals for their solutions.
Participate in negotiations with agents and distributors.
Evaluates the performance of management employees, and proposes rewards and incentives for them.
Supports marketing activities by providing information about the market and competing customers.
Follow the instructions and policies of quality, safety and occupational health.
Job Requirements
The responsibility of the sales sector manager is limited to reviewing sales offers, adhering to discount limits, following up collections, maintaining the confidentiality of data on the company's transactions and customers, implementing sales management policies, as well as executing and performing the tasks assigned to him within the limits of his work.
