About the Role:

We are currently prioritizing the recruitment of top-tier Senior Accountants to join our growing team in Cairo. This role is ideal for candidates with strong English proficiency and proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all accounting functions for the Egypt office, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with both local and international accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support tax filings and manage statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams and support financial audits.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Report directly to the Finance Manager in Egypt.
• In the future, may lead and expand the local finance team as the business grows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).
• Minimum of 35 years experience in accounting/finance roles, preferably within the real estate or financial services sector.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Leadership potential and ability to manage growing responsibilities.
