As an Export Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the sales direction and success of our company. We Export our products to USA, Canada, Europe, South Africa and Russia.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Seek out actively new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings/Call conferences with potential customers and support their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare appropriate presentations on our products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Reply to customers' inquiries and support the customer's needs.
  • Be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
  • Create a strong database of current and new customers.
  • Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Evaluate all customer issues if exist and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Coordinate with the Manager to determine an efficient business plan.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is a Must, in Business administration is preferable.
  • Experience: from 2 to 5 years as an Export Sales Specialist at large international scope.
