Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Local Sales Manager to join our team in Badr City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

- Train and coach sales team members to improve their skills and performance

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and other reports to senior management

- Stay informed about our products and services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and generate leads.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Fluent in English.
