IT infrastructure and operations Manager

We're hiring an IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager for one of our clients. He will be responsible for overseeing the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Operations: Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring all systems and services run smoothly.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain network and server infrastructure
• Security Oversight: Develop and enforce security policies to protect organizational data.
• Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with IT service providers.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess system performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years in IT infrastructure and operations Manager.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in network management, server administration, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and security protocols.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and IT service management tools.
