Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policies to ensure a productive and positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
• Manage employee relations, addressing workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Drive performance management and employee development programs.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience in talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
