We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our food and beverage manufacturing facility. As the Plant Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our high-quality products. You will be responsible for managing a diverse team, optimizing production processes, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards. Our ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance, to streamline operations and achieve production objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and lead a team of supervisors and staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards throughout production processes.
  • Conduct regular assessments of plant operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product quality and safety measures.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for efficient plant operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10:15years of experience in a plant management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze production data effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
