We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our food and beverage manufacturing facility. As the Plant Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our high-quality products. You will be responsible for managing a diverse team, optimizing production processes, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance, to streamline operations and achieve production objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and lead a team of supervisors and staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards throughout production processes.
• Conduct regular assessments of plant operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product quality and safety measures.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for efficient plant operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10:15years of experience in a plant management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze production data effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
