Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Religious Tourism Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different religious traditions and customs, as well as experience in the tourism industry. The Religious Tourism Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our religious tours and packages, from planning and organizing to execution and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with religious organizations, communities, and leaders to create partnerships and promote our religious tours and packages

- Research and identify new religious destinations and attractions to add to our tour offerings

- Plan and organize customized tours and packages for individuals, groups, and organizations based on their specific religious interests and needs

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and market our religious tours and packages through various channels, including social media, print, and events

- Oversee the logistics and operations of religious tours, including transportation, accommodations, and activities

- Ensure the quality and safety of our tours by conducting regular evaluations and implementing improvements as needed

- Manage a team of tour guides and staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to make strategic decisions and improve our offerings

- Maintain accurate records and financial reports related to religious tours and packages

- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during tours

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years experience in the tourism industry, preferably in religious tourism

- Strong understanding of different religious traditions and customs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in tour planning and organization

- Familiarity with marketing and sales techniques

- Ability to manage and lead a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking software

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
