4. Staff Management: Supervise and manage production teams, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Ensure staff adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring there is no shortage or surplus. Work with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock.
6. Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, handling hazardous materials properly, and ensuring that all equipment is regularly maintained and functioning.

10. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, quality control tests, and other essential documents. Provide reports to senior management on production performance, costs, and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Agriculture, or a related field. Alternatively, relevant industry experience may be considered.
• Experience: Previous experience in food production or dairy management, with a strong understanding of dairy processing, equipment, and quality assurance.
