Job Description:

  • Design new recruiting procedures, including job application and onboarding processes.
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Track recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Implement new sourcing methods, including social recruiting and Boolean searches.
  • Review recruitment software and recommend the best options based on company needs.
  • Research and select job advertising platforms.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview techniques.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance our employer brand.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed on labor legislation and update recruiters and managers on regulatory changes.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, educational institutions, and other partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator, with a preference for experience in BPO or call centers.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Experience with interviews (both phone and in-person), candidate screening, and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks (e.g., GitHub).
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
