Talent Acquisition Manager (FMCG)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Manage the recruitment budget and track key metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on FMCG
• Proven ability to source and assess candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
