About the job Account Manager MENA - Industrial
Main Work Scope : Manage the accounts in MENA region related to the HP&C business, Develop a specific 1-3 year strategic plan for the most important accounts based on customer needs and values.

- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the company's products enabling you to develop business by the effective presentation of a Value Proposition.
- Explore new markets and define the targeted customers.
- Implement planned sales activity leading to new business in relevant market sectors
- Work with the PLM to define the right solution for each account.
- Work with finance and country managers to determine the cost and the profitability of each account.
- Promote all new innovative solutions to the targeted customers and capture growth.
Qualifications
- Outstanding commercial skills at all levels of contacts: Executive, Middle Management, Production floor
- Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills
- Strong technical skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English language (additional French language Is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team with different cultures and nationalities
- Ability to lead, influence and motivate the internal cross-functional team to achieve business goals
- Ability to travel within the region - between 50-60% time
- Ability to acquire knowledge of adhesives performance and applications of product range within 6 months period.
