Job Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, managing office supplies and equipment, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities

Maintain office systems, including filing systems, databases, and scheduling tools

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events

Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management

Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, record-keeping, and policy implementation

Ensure office compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

Support financial processes such as budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting

Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management tools

Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
