 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Moderator for one of our clients with a proven track record of content curation and community management across digital and print media platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and brings strong design sensibilities, supported by an impressive portfolio. You will play a key role in moderating user-generated content, maintaining brand tone and community integrity, and creating engaging visual and written content in alignment with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content across forums, social media platforms, comment sections, and other community spaces to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand standards.
  • Curate and maintain high-quality content and discussions that drive engagement and community growth.
  • Review and approve posts, artwork, or submissions for digital and print publication.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute visual content for digital campaigns, print collateral, and branded experiences.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) to create and refine content assets when needed.
  • Analyze community behavior and trends,and provide feedback and reporting to optimize engagement.
  • Resolve conflicts and enforce community standards in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, design trends, and best practices for content moderation and community management.

  • Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in content moderation, community management, or related roles.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across both digital and print media.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro required; After Effects is a plus).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and understanding of visual storytelling.
    • Experience working with social media platforms, CMS systems, and content moderation tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in brand management or working with lifestyle, entertainment, or design-driven brands.
    • Background in graphic design, multimedia content, or editorial production.
    • Understanding of content moderation policies and online community dynamics.
    • Familiarity with content analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
