Strategic :
This role is responsible for designing & leading the execution of the people agenda in the respective
Cluster/market aligned to the business strategy. This role is accountable primarily for (but not limited to) the
commercial population-based in the location.
Understand market dynamics and competition strategy
Contribute to SP, translate people initiatives into KPIs, build a roadmap for talent / HCP / manufacturing costs
Participate in organizational design projects and lead discussions for resources allocation
Act as a strategic partner in the development of the performance culture with relevant initiatives & improving
employee engagement through inclusive teams.
Drive Talent Strategy for the market (talent review, succession planning, skillsets, D&I)
Tactical :
Connect with key business stakeholders, keeping the bigger picture for decision making
Lead discussions specifically on resource allocation ensuring the right structure and productivity
Bring agility and flexibility on adapting when the business environment changes
Prepare HR Reporting (People Reporting Slide, DEI for their respective market population)
Headcount planning
Provide insights/knowledge on local labor market/geography to divisions and functions as needed
Motivate, partner with and coach business stakeholders on key HR developments and interventions when People
indicators are off track
Support MT people managers in their development.

Responsible for the execution of global plans and policies
Drive the local/regional policies based on levers that drive the people KPIs
Take ownership of the optimization of our HR costs and processes, taking the input of our stakeholders
Ensure adherence to blueprint design
Compliance :
Provide one legal framework for all employees in that location including adherence to local laws & regulations
Ensure compliance with local employment policies and labor legislation and Role model our culture and behaviors,
always acting with integrity
Relationship management & negotiations with Unions/Workers Councils (factory HRBP)
People development :
Be seen as a trusted HRBP for the market connecting across HR pillars
Accountable for employee NPS for the HR team in their respective cluster/market/country
Requirements :
8+ years of relevant HR generalists experience, in factories/plants (depending on job level/scope)
Solid understanding of HR operating model, including Center of Excellence, HR Shared Service
solid experience managing blue collars in factory set-up
Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights
High level of integrity and independent mind
Project management skills
Strong focus on achieving the delivery of strategic goals.
Exceptional influencing skills; assertive without being antagonistic or alienating.
Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders
