IT Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing IT operations, ensuring cybersecurity, managing IT budgets, and aligning technology with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance business operations.
• Infrastructure & Systems Management:
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, software applications, and cloud solutions.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and high availability of IT services.
• Optimize IT processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance:
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity policies to protect company assets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection laws, and internal security protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.
• Digital Transformation & Innovation:
• Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies and automation.
• Drive digital transformation projects to enhance productivity and customer experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders to support innovation and process improvements.
• Vendor & Budget Management:
• Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Oversee relationships with third-party IT service providers and technology partners.
• Ensure timely procurement and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments to understand IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support the adoption of IT tools that improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Lead training and change management initiatives to promote technology adoption.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Director, CIO, or senior IT leader.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, and IT project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage IT budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
