Scope of responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and refine the brand's overall strategy, including positioning, target audience identification, and brand architecture. This involves understanding market dynamics, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to drive brand growth.
  2. Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the brand's product portfolio. This includes identifying opportunities for innovation, product development, and line extensions to meet consumer needs and preferences.
  3. Marketing Planning and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support brand objectives. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives across various channels such as advertising, digital marketing, social media, and promotions.
  4. Consumer Insights and Market Research: Utilize consumer research, market trends analysis, and competitive intelligence to gain insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and trends. Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive brand relevance and resonance.
  5. Brand Communication and Messaging: Develop compelling brand messaging and communication strategies to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to the target audience. Ensure consistency and relevance of messaging across all touchpoints to build brand awareness and equity.
  6. Brand Activation and Engagement: Conceptualize and execute brand activation initiatives to engage consumers and drive brand affinity and loyalty. This may involve experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, and partnerships to create memorable brand experiences.
  7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance and financial metrics to optimize budget utilization and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, supply chain, and finance, to align brand strategies with business goals and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  9. Performance Measurement and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives. Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to track brand health, market share, sales performance, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  10. Brand Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, standards, and regulatory requirements across all brand activities and initiatives. Monitor market developments and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  11. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of brand professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster their growth and success. Create a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  12. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives and achieve business objectives.
