Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Keeping Executive to join our dynamic team in the Food & Beverages industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our facilities, ensuring a pleasant environment for both staff and customers. This position requires a proactive individual who understands the standards of health and hygiene.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order as necessary.
- Train and orient new staff on housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve any housekeeping-related customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the establishment.
Requirements
- 10:15 proven years of experience as a Housekeeping Executive in Hotels Industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
