We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Keeping Executive to join our dynamic team in the Food & Beverages industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our facilities, ensuring a pleasant environment for both staff and customers. This position requires a proactive individual who understands the standards of health and hygiene.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order as necessary.
  • Train and orient new staff on housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
  • Address and resolve any housekeeping-related customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the establishment.

Requirements

  • 10:15 proven years of experience as a Housekeeping Executive in Hotels Industry
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
