Job Description:
Premier is hiring a Content Creator for an Advertising Agency.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and create captivating and visually appealing photography, videography, reels, and posts that align with our brand's aesthetic and target audience across various social media platforms.
Model Shoot Coordination: Collaborate with models, photographers, and the rest of the team to schedule and coordinate model shoots. Ensure all logistics, such as location, wardrobe, and props, are organized and ready for the shoot.
Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of the social media content strategy, providing insights and suggestions based on trends, industry best practices, and audience engagement for various social media platforms.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in social media, fashion, photography, and videography to ensure our brand's content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive across all social media platforms.
Analytics and Optimization: Monitor the performance of social media content, analyze metrics, and use insights to optimize future content strategies for increased engagement and reach on different social media platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Excellent editing skills for both photos and videos, with proficiency in using editing software or apps.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest, and their respective best practices.
- Excellent creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate model shoots and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with fashion trends, styles, and the target audience for women's casual wear.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with models, photographers, and the rest of the team.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
