Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven sales account manager to join our airlines commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key travel trade partners, corporate clients, and other strategic accounts to maximize revenue and market share. This role requires a strong understanding of the airline industry, exceptional communication skills, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and consolidators.

Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling services and products.

Monitor account performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns and promotional strategies.

Prepare and present sales proposals, account reviews, and regular performance reports.

Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with clients in line with company policies.

Represent the airline at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Provide feedback to internal teams to improve services and offerings based on client input.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, aviation, or a related field.

35 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

Strong understanding of airline distribution channels, GDS systems, and travel trade.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel as needed.
