Financial Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Director to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the organization, guiding investment and budgeting decisions, and ensuring the company's financial health in the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

• Develop financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

• Advise on long-term business and financial planning.

• Ensure company compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and ensure timely submission of tax returns.

• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

• Evaluate and manage risks (financial, operational, reputational).

• Supervise accounting, finance, and budgeting staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Financial Director or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

• Proficient in the use of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• CPA, CFA, or relevant financial certification is a plus.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Masters preferred).
