Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations while leading a team to meet production targets. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Assign tasks and oversee production staff to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance and skill development.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage raw material usage to minimize waste.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
