Job Description:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to set sales targets and forecast revenues.
2. Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight and logistics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote services.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty.
- Address client inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary.
4. Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Set individual and team KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in sales management within the freight industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue streams.
