This is a full-time for a HR Manager at SSC. The HR Manager will be responsible for human resource management, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:1 .Recruitment and Talent Management Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes. Conduct workforce planning and succession planning. Assist in Hiring and talent acquisition from foreign expertise.2 .Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and disputes. Mediate conflicts and foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Ensure compliance with workplace policies.

3 .Performance Management

Implement performance appraisal systems and provide training to managers.

Develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.

Assist in creating and managing improvement plans for underperforming employees.

4 .Training and Development

Identify training needs and organize relevant programs.

Ensure employees have opportunities for professional growth.

5 .Compensation and Benefits

Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Conduct salary benchmarking within labor market and manage payroll compliance.

6 .Compliance and Policy Management

Maintain compliance with employment laws and company regulations.

Develop the company regulations.

Update and enforce HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and the vision of the place.

Handle audits and maintain necessary HR documentation.
