Job Description:
ob Summary:
As an Industrial Sales Manager (Lubricants) , you will be responsible for leading the sales team, introducing, and selling our premium lubricant products to businesses in various sectors, with a focus on construction, mining, food & beverage, pipe, textile, glass, steel, ceramic, paper, wire, petrochemical, oil & gas, and cement industries. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a sales manager in the lubricants industry, preferably with a strong network on 6 October City, 10th of Ramadan City, Badr City, Delta, Alexandria, and Upper Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to the sales team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a solid understanding of lubricant product line, including specifications, applications, and advantages.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Create and manage sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers in construction, mining, food & beverage, pipe, textile, glass, steel, ceramic, paper, wire, petrochemical, oil & gas, and cement industries.
- Proactively generate leads through networking and outreach, particularly in 6 October City, 10th of Ramadan City, Delta, Alexandria, and Upper Egypt.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Engage in effective negotiations to secure contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the pricing team to create competitive proposals.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the lubricants industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales manager, preferably in the lubricants or related industries.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is highly preferred.
- Background in technical fields is advantageous.
- Experience or a strong network on 6 October City, 10th of Ramadan City, Delta, Alexandria, and Upper Egypt.
- Familiarity with working in construction, mining, food & beverage, pipe, textile, glass, steel, ceramic, paper, wire, petrochemical, oil & gas, and cement industries.
- Technical knowledge of lubrication and familiarity with industrial machinery is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
