A multinational marketing agency with 10 offices in SEE & MENA regions, is seeking to recruit for their office in Cairo an experienced Business Development Manager with Marketing Agencies background.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the team, for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients (private and governmental), and developing strategies to expand our market presence in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

o Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends in Egypt.

o Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic planning.

o Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.

o Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures that align with business goals.

o Identify and engage with potential clients (private and governmental, building strong relationships to convert leads into business opportunities.

o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

o Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

o Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

o Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

o Continuously evaluate and refine business development strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

10+Years of experience in advertising agencies, instore activation agencies and preferable to have experience working in Brand from client's position.

Proven track record of achieving business development goals and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and to lead the business development team.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Languages: excellent English and Arabic..
