Job Purpose:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions with a focus on payroll processing, personnel administration, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Job Accountabilities:

Personnel:

-Handle HR operational activities, including employee record management, documentation, and compliance.

-Processing new hire paperwork (Contract, NDA, Security policy)-Manage benefits administration, leave management, and employee data maintenance.

-Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.

-Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to by employees.

Training:

-Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.

-Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and design customized training modules.

-Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.

-Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Onboarding:

-Develop and execute a structured onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth assimilation into the organization.

-Coordinate with hiring managers to create onboarding schedules and provide necessary resources and materials.

-Conduct orientation sessions, communicate company policies, and facilitate new hire introductions.

-Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding process based on employee experiences.

Performance Appraisal:

-Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

-Analyze performance data and identify trends or areas for improvement.

HR System Administration:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and support.

-Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.

-Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and implement system enhancements.

Qualifications Required:

-Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Human Resources field.

-Bachelors degree in a relevant major.

-HR Certificate is a plus

-Strong HR Knowledge: Proficient in HR Policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with a solid understanding of employee data management.
