Job Title: General Manager Premium Haircare Product Launch

We are seeking for one of our clients a visionary and experienced leader to oversee the introduction and distribution of a globally successful premium haircare product line in Egypt. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to spearhead a market entry initiative, build a distribution network, and establish the brand as a leader in the local beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Market Entry Strategy:
Develop and execute a tailored strategy for introducing the brand to Egypts
beauty market.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Distribution & Sales Management:
Build and manage direct distribution channels with retailers, salons, and ecommerce platforms.
Recruit, train, and lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Brand Awareness & Marketing:
Collaborate with stylists, influencers, and media to promote the brand.
Plan and execute launch events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
E-commerce Development:
Establish an online sales platform for both B2B and B2C markets.
Partner with major online marketplaces to expand digital presence.
Operations Oversight:
Manage logistics, inventory, and warehousing to ensure seamless supply
chain operations.
Maintain optimal product availability across all sales channels.
Financial Accountability:
Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in the beauty or personal care industry, preferably in
• brand launches or distribution.
• A robust network within Egypts salon, retail, and e-commerce ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of Egypts beauty market dynamics and consumer trends.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, logistics, and team management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

• Launching or scaling international brands in new markets.
• Working with luxury or high-end product lines.
• Experience in influencer collaborations and event-based marketing.
