Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our human resources operations. The HR Officer will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and other HR functions to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR best practices, and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Help manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities, including team-building events and workshops.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role or similar position at Five Stars Hotels & Restaurants.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
