Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting business decision-making. This role requires strong accounting expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal financial policies.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to optimize financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
