Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and coordinating office activities. This role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries, managing phone calls, and supporting administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, or visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain records of visitors and security logs (if required).
- Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for employees or guests.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
