Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Accounting & Financial Analysis:

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and processes to track production costs, overhead, and inventory valuation.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operational expenses to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis (e.g., actual vs. budgeted costs) and provide recommendations for cost control.
• Monitor and report on key cost drivers, trends, and financial KPIs.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Provide cost projections to support pricing strategies and financial planning.
• Work closely with operations and procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Inventory & Cost Control:

• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation.
• Implement cost control measures to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare and present cost reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors for financial audits and reviews.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
• +10 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software SAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
