About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to improving processes and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (B2/C1 level) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools is a plus.
