- Responsible for the affiliate recruitment and training administrative duties
Activity
Recruitment tasks:
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Responsible for posting vacancies on various websites (internally or externally).
- Conduct HR interviews for junior roles.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Handle induction program for new joiners.
- Responsible for the registration process for different recruitment activities.
- Participle in different recruitment activities such as employment fairs.
Training tasks:
- Act as focal point of for our E-learning platform (Lizzy) and We Care (service portal).
- Responsible for extracting Lizzy different reports.
- Responsible for training vendors creation, and following up with vendors till the end of the cycle
- Responsible for booking TEME Academy and coordination between the training vendors and Academy.
- Responsible for sending all invites to attendees and gathering the training feedback
- Assist in Summer internship program

- Works in the head office.
- - In constant contact with all the departments in the company.
Aims
- Assist Talent Developers in training and recruitment back office.
Profile required
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Fluent English language
- Very organized and Strong ability to work independently
- Has Sense of priority and urgency
- Excellent communication skills
