position Overview

The Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a lounge, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ambiance, managing staff, and maximizing revenue. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers.

Job Description 

• Ensure that the lounges and operations comply with all applicable legislation and industry codes of practice. From an operational perspective, this includes areas such as staff rostering, health and hygiene, food handling, etc.
• Maintain the standard of the lounges to ensure all maintenance issues and requirements are raised, addressed, or forwarded to the relevant departments.
• Maximize staff efficiency, ensure quality of work, and timely completion of tasks for clients.
• Handle client complaints and staff grievances.
• Monitor staff appearance, attire, conduct, and work attitude, emphasizing the importance of team spirit.
• Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.
• Cooperate and work in a team to develop, implement, maintain, and improve the quality management system.
• Address and resolve disciplinary matters and conflicts.
• Implement all directives given by the Project Manager.
• Responsible for improvements and/or implementation of new services and operational policies as needed.

Job Requirements

• Experience 5-7 years
• preferably as a lounge manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
