Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and reduce turnover rates.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Research, implement, and monitor employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support in conflict resolution and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs and implement solutions that enhance performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in similar HR roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and performance management processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to forge relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience with HR software and systems, including payroll and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
