Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets within the office spaces industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office spaces sector in Cairo.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on the company's offerings and the office spaces industry.
- Potentially lead and manage a small sales team, depending on the company structure and role evolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years in a relevant industry (ideally office spaces, real estate, Leasing, or a related B2B service).
- Strong understanding of the Cairo market and business environment.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
