Export Sales Manager
Job Description:
Reporting to: Head of Export
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for planning and organizing the selling activity, controlling and evaluating the sales operations, also he is responsible for determining the departments needs, qualifications and needs of the human resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
Manages the development and/or delivery of an element of the organization's strategic planning.
Client & Customer Management (External)
Manages key client and customer relationships, typically by using account teams to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty toward the organization.
Sales
Sells a range of products and services to significant customers and/or manages a sales team with guidance from senior colleagues to achieve sales targets for a given area.
Budgeting & Costing
Manages the development and/or delivery of budget plans for own department.
Data Collection & Analysis
Analyzes key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.
Tasks
- Grow our export business by maintaining successful long-term client relationships.
- Manage strategic accounts in Africa region and involve us in new market opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor, plan, develop sales activity, participate in setting goals, and establishing the organization sales policies.
- Coordinate and Direct sales activities with other departments. Prepare pricing and discount rates.
- Submitting periodic sales reports.

EXPERIENCE General Experience
5-7 years of experience in the same position, specifically in the industrial field.
EDUCATION
BSc/BA in commerce, business administration, or information systems.
