Business Development Manager

 Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager for a for a big insurance company to join a dynamic team. This role will focus on expanding sales distribution channels and building strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote company products/services.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts and maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and optimize distribution channels, develop new partnerships, and support partner performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and partner engagement programs.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for sales channels and partnerships.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong sales track record and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Market knowledge and customer support experience is a plus.
  • Insurance company background is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
