Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our workplace, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general office operations, including scheduling, supplies management, and vendor relations

Manage office budgets, expenses, and purchasing activities

Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with other departments

Ensure the office is well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations

Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities

Maintain records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Assist with onboarding new employees and managing HR-related tasks as needed

Support senior management with various administrative tasks
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant

Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., ERP)

High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or HR are a plus
