Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our workplace, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office operations, including scheduling, supplies management, and vendor relations

  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and purchasing activities

  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with other departments

  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations

  • Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities

  • Maintain records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and managing HR-related tasks as needed

  • Support senior management with various administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant

  • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., ERP)

  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or HR are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Experience managing a team

  • Familiarity with basic HR functions
