Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses via phone, email, or chat.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Support customer loyalty and retention programs.
- Train and guide junior customer service representatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, logistics) is a plus.
