Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses via phone, email, or chat.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Support customer loyalty and retention programs.
  • Train and guide junior customer service representatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
