Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist
Location: Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruitment Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver top-tier talent to support the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Sourcing Candidates: Proactively source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and facilitate interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate platforms to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication to candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and department heads to understand specific hiring needs and ensure alignment in recruitment efforts.
- Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain recruitment records and provide regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with using data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions.
- Experience in niche or specialized recruiting is a plus.
