Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the execution of consumer-focused marketing initiatives for our lubricants brand. The role will focus on implementing brand strategies, supporting product launches, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across B2C channels within the Egyptian market.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven marketing professional who can translate strategy into measurable market impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, PR, digital, and retail channels.
Support product development, launches, and relaunches.
Contribute to pricing strategies and competitive market analysis.
Ensure effective deployment of POS materials and retail activations.
Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.
Track campaign performance and ROI to optimize marketing initiatives.
Support sector-based marketing initiatives targeting workshops, distributors, and fleet segments (B2B exposure).
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
8–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in lubricants, automotive, or FMCG industries.
Proven experience in B2C marketing campaigns and product launches.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Experience working with marketing agencies and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of consumer insights and digital marketing tools.
